Once a package has been in the mail for too long, we can’t guarantee it’s safe or fresh—so it can’t be reshipped or refunded.
Need to cancel? No problem—as long as we haven’t shipped it yet.
Custom orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund since they’re made-to-order.
