Before reaching out, please give this a quick read—it covers just about everything you need to know.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- We ship within the United States only.
- We don’t ship to Idaho, Kansas, South Carolina, or Wyoming.
- No international shipping.
Processing & Shipping Time
- Orders ship out Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding holidays.
- Please allow 2 days for processing, then up to 4 business days for shipping.
- Orders placed on Fridays, ship Monday.
Product Handling
- If your label says to refrigerate, do that as soon as it arrives.
- During the summer, orders ship in thermal packs to prevent melting.
Tracking & Delivery
- A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.
- Customers must enter a complete and accurate address at checkout—including apartment numbers, unit info, and gate codes if needed.
- If a package is returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address info, no refund or replacement will be issued.
- If your package is marked “Delivered” but missing, check around your delivery area first then reach out to USPS (1-800-275-8777). Reminder: Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we’re not responsible for delays or address-related delivery issues.
Shipping Protection
- Get 1 free replacement if your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged.
- Just email us proof within 3 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.
Note: Shipping Protection does not cover orders over $100, or problems caused by any address issues.
